"The Chronicle of Minsk Ghetto 3. Born Twice", 2017
At the start of WWII, the Nazis thought they would succeed in rousing anti-Semitic hatred in Belarus. However, very few fell for the German propaganda, and SS reports testify that anti-Semitism did not take root there. The value of human life was more important for the common Belarusian than the gifts of the occupants.
The film Born Twice is devoted to the heroism of the Righteous Among the Nations. The film incorporates testimony from historians and authors from various countries, and interviews with those who saved, and those who were themselves saved.
These are not just the people that stayed alive thanks to the efforts of the common people, but also their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. That is why the one who saves one life, saves the whole world.
